Digi Farmer is an agricultural platform that provides farmers, vendors, and customers with tools for farm management, product sales, service bookings, and agricultural support services. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Farm management and tracking tools
• Marketplace for agricultural products
• Service booking for agricultural services
• Payment processing and financial services
• Educational resources and support

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

6. Transactions and Payments

When using our Service for transactions:

• All prices are listed in the local currency (Ugandan Shilling) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agrosahas LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agrosahas LTD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
